Finish: Fresh and harmonious, it lingers with lightness and precision.
Serve well chilled, between 4°C and 8°C
2 to 3 years after disgorgement
A Crémant of character, perfect for aperitif or throughout the meal. It pairs especially well with indulgent desserts: chocolate fondant, Black Forest cake, or cocoa and red fruit tart. A sparkling alternative for those who love bubbles right through to dessert.
