Nose: Very fresh, with delicate aromas of white fruit, especially pear, in a crisp and refreshing register.
Palate: Smooth and generous structure, enhanced by fine, elegant bubbles. The wine’s fruitiness expresses itself gently, offering a perfect balance between freshness and indulgence.
Finish: Lively and harmonious, reinforcing this Crémant’s finesse and natural affinity with aperitifs.
An ideal Crémant for aperitifs, to enjoy on its own or with light savory bites. Also pairs simply with a savory tart, cold poultry, or a light fruit-based dessert.
