Pneumatic pressing of whole grapes with juice selection. Blend produced through double fermentation: the first in tank, slow and temperature-controlled to enhance aromatic expression; the second in bottle, followed by 18 months of ageing on lees (sur lattes).
Appearance: Pale yellow, clear, with fine and consistent bubbles and a delicate, persistent mousse.
Nose: Expressive and charming, combining floral notes with hints of honey and ripe fruit.
Palate: Sweet and indulgent, offering perfect balance. Flavours of syrupy peach unfold in a round, harmonious texture.
Finish: Smooth and melting, with a velvety, generous mouthfeel that lingers beautifully.
