Pneumatic pressing of whole grapes, with juice selection. This blend is made through double fermentation: the first in tank, slow and temperature-controlled to preserve aromatic expression; the second in bottle, followed by 18 months of ageing on lees (sur lattes).
Appearance: Rosé with salmon highlights, bright and delicate, evoking freshness and lightness.
Nose: Expressive and fruity, with aromas of strawberry, redcurrant, and fresh cherry.
Palate: The attack is lively and refreshing. Fine, elegant bubbles carry the red fruit aromas with balance and indulgence.
Finish: Fresh and fruity, it pleasantly extends the tasting experience. A Crémant Rosé ideal for the aperitif.
