This moelleux-style Gewurztraminer, with its aromatic richness and well-balanced sweetness, lends itself beautifully to refined and bold pairings. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs elegantly with foie gras, whether mi-cuit, pan-seared, or in terrine.
Its exotic and spicy profile resonates wonderfully with world cuisines: curried scampi, apricot tagine, or sweet-and-savory Asian dishes. It also pairs well with strong cheeses (Munster, Roquefort, blue cheeses…) and gently extends the pleasure into dessert with exotic fruit or dried fruit-based creations. A wine of indulgence and balance, made for generous pairings.
