Palate: The attack is smooth, the texture silky. A vibrant freshness brings balance and energy throughout the tasting.
Finish: Persistent, with a touch of noble bitterness and a vegetal tension that adds structure. A dry, expressive wine at perfect maturity, combining aromatic finesse and lively freshness.
Best enjoyed now for its fruit and freshness. Can be cellared for up to 5 years.

Its aromatic richness and freshness make it an ideal companion for the aperitif. Drier than classic versions of the grape, it pairs beautifully with refined exotic cuisine: coconut milk chicken, mildly spiced Asian dishes, or sweet-and-savory combinations.
It also works wonderfully with strong cheeses such as Munster or Roquefort, and can be a pleasant surprise with lightly sweetened desserts featuring exotic fruits or cream. A multifaceted wine, equally at ease at the start or end of a meal.
