This dry Muscat, full of freshness and finesse, is a perfect choice as an aperitif, where its pure aromatics delicately awaken the palate. It pairs beautifully with light, spring-inspired dishes: white or green asparagus, fresh goat cheese salad, crisp or marinated vegetables.
Its lightness and floral expression also make it a graceful partner for lightly sweetened fruit-based desserts, such as a strawberry salad or rhubarb compote. A wine of harmony and lift, ideal for subtle, delicate pairings.
