This Pinot Gris Vendanges Tardives is a wine in its own right, so rich and complex it can be savored on its own. It also pairs beautifully with exceptional dishes: pan-seared foie gras with figs, caramelized sweetbreads, noble poultry with mild spices, or aged blue cheese. On the sweeter side, it shines with exotic fruit shortbread, roasted pineapple tart, or a praline-based dessert. A rare and precious wine for the finest tables.
