This light-bodied Pinot Noir pairs gently with simple, flavourful cuisine. It goes wonderfully with roasted white meats, light grilled dishes, poultry, or even fish cooked in red wine.
Its freshness and fruit also make it a great match for casual meals: savoury tarts, vegetable quiches, composed salads, or a country-style buffet. It also shines slightly chilled for a summer lunch.
