Appellation: AOC Alsace
Type: Dry white wine
Alcohol: 12.5%
Residual sugar: 7 g/L
Acidity (tartaric): 8.7 g/L
Harvest: Hand-picked
Pneumatic pressing, followed by slow fermentation at controlled temperature to preserve aromatic expression. Aged on fine lees. Bottled at the estate.
Appearance: Pale yellow, bright and limpid — a clear sign of an elegant, well-defined wine.
Nose: Expressive and inviting, it opens with ripe citrus — candied lemon above all — followed by juicy yellow fruits, all gently lifted by a subtle petrol note, a hallmark of beautifully matured wines.
Palate: The attack is generous and mouth-filling. A lively acidity brings balance and energy, perfectly counterpointing the wine’s fruity roundness.
Finish: Long, precise and mouthwatering, it lingers with a fine sense of tension and aromatic harmony.
5 to 10 years
Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C
A perfect match for seafood dishes like ceviche, seared scallops, or fish in a light sauce. It also beautifully complements seafood choucroute, coq au Riesling, or creamy poultry dishes. Its more mature expression pairs wonderfully with subtly smoked or spiced flavors.
