Fresh and delicate, Sylvaner reveals its full potential alongside flavourful white meats: roast poultry, guinea fowl, or light game such as rabbit or quail. Its lively acidity beautifully contrasts with the richness of these dishes, while adding a touch of finesse. It also pairs nicely with a few shellfish — a bold choice for an aperitif or starter.
